RESIST TECHNIQUES

Variation 1:

Trace over the photocopied picture outline with crayon.
Thick lines perform best.
Brush within the whole page with thin paint. Only use one color.

Color most of the picture with crayon. Leave some areas white.

RUBBING TECHNIQUES

Variation 1:

Rip off a small sheet of paper which is concerning the sized a matchbox.

Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to your cotton wool ball.
Gently rub the oil over the back of the photo.
The oil could make the image almost transparent.
